With over 25 years as a recruiter I know firsthand what hiring managers want and what candidates might unknowingly do to sabotage the interview. This allows me to have a unique perspective that focuses on interview preparation and selling yourself to leave a positive and memorable impression.
My credentials include a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and a Master’s Degree in Education from National Louis University in Evanston, Illinois.

Seeking guidance, I discovered and enrolled in a coaching program. Through the program, I discovered my passion and new career path - career coaching.
I bring a unique “inside out” approach to Jump Start, which sets the foundation for a successful job search. The “inside” refers to helping clients get clear on who they are, the position they’re seeking and the value they bring to an organization. The “out” refers to having clients create a realistic job search plan and being kept accountable to it.
I received a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University in Greencastle, attended the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and am a member of the International Coaching Federation.
